Older Pictures of the rug rat (aka bulldozer or diesel)

February 22nd, '02:
After repeated requests, I am happy to declare the website officially "updated". A lot of fun things have happened since the last update, some of them shown below.

Moira started walking in early December, at eleven months. She was getting to the stage of not being afraid, but not yet having the necessary skills, when she was sick for a week. After that it was a few more weeks before she got to full speed (and we do mean full speed).

Moira has her molars coming in right now, so she's sometimes not feeling her usual self. Thankfully, the teething should be almost over. Those teeth are coming in handy though, as she likes to eat what mom and dad happen to be eating at any given time. Her only fault in this department is that she doesn't always finish chewing what she stuffs into her mouth. If anything tasty is placed in front of her - in quantity - it will all be crammed inside whether she has room to chew or not. Eventually it all comes flowing back out. The funniest part is the look on her face, as you get this feeling she's thinking "it's getting away!".

Something more exciting from Moira's perspective is that the Car Seat is now facing forward. It is state Law here that the baby has to be 20lbs and at least one year old. She enjoys watching the view facing forward much more, and rarely sleeps in the car anymore.

There are a few pics at the bottom of Moira getting inside a kitchen cupboard. We've since put a stop to it, as she has figured out how to get into almost any kind of packaging known to man. Tin cans are still impervious, but the labels are not. Every once in awhile we let her play where we keep the towels. She takes them out, and puts them back, and takes them out.....and eventually gets frustrated with the whole thing.

Pictures are grouped below according to when they were taken off of the camera.
