Half-Marathon, Fort Ebey, February 2020

It has long been Moiras' goal to run a half-marathon, and she was finally able to register for one for Feb 22nd 2020 on Whidbey Island. This course was laid out at Fort Ebey State Park, and while a beautiful setting, had a lot of ups and downs. She had a great run and came in 4th for the ladies.

Walking back towards the finish line, the runners will eventually be coming out from the left up here onto this last trail.

Back on the bluff trail, close to where the race started. From here she has to take a left back down towards the grass, then head south continuing downhill, and finally make a steep climb back up to the bluff trail again before heading towards the finish.
