We spent Labor Day weekend this year at Fort Ebey State Park, a new to us camping place. Though it did not seem that there was that much to do, we all had a great time hiking a little bit, riding our bikes around the campground and on the trails, and relaxing around the fire. We also hit the local tourist spots, Coupville, and Fort Casey State Park. Somewhere in there, we tried a few wines at Greenbank, as well. On Friday we went to Coupville, toured the town, and had some GREAT Split Pea Soup. The damp weather and a booth overlooking the water made it just about perfect.

Uncle Paul got to watch the kids while the mom's were away one morning, and Connor rode his bike without training wheels!

Looking south, Fort Flagler State Park is through the cloud bank somewhere.

Driving out of the park on our way to Coupville, we spot a few deer. To say they were tame would be an understatement.
