We had not been to Iron Creek in quite a while, and decided to visit again. While there we normally take a day trip to see Mt. St. Helens. This time on the return trip from seeing the mountain we spent a bit of our afternoon at Iron Creek Falls, which was a perfect place to spend a warm afternoon.

Driving up to Mt. St. Helens, this is the 1st sighting of the actual dome.

There is a small hike up this lookout from the end of the road, which gives a great view of both the mountain and Spirit Lake.
